REFUND POLICY

At Promise Land Estate, we are committed to providing transparency, fairness, and clarity in all financial transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded or credited.
By making a purchase, booking, or payment on our website or through our authorized representatives, you agree to the following terms:
 

GENERAL POLICY
All payments made toward property purchases, reservations, or related services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms stated in this policy.
 

PROPERTY PURCHASES
Initial Deposits: Deposits made to secure a property are typically non-refundable, as they confirm your commitment and take the property off the market.
Balance Payments: Once full or partial payments are made toward a property, refunds will not be granted except in cases of error attributable to Promise Land Estate.
Allocation Issues: If for any reason Promise Land Estate is unable to allocate or deliver the agreed property, a full refund of payments made will be issued.
 

CANCELLATIONS BY CLIENTS
If you decide to cancel your interest in a property or service:
You may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative, processing, and documentation fees), only if cancellation occurs within 7 working days of the initial payment.
After this period, no refund will be issued.
 

CANCELLATIONS BY PROMISE LAND ESTATE
In the rare event that Promise Land Estate cancels or cannot fulfill a property allocation:
A 100% refund of payments made will be issued.
Alternatively, clients may choose to transfer their funds to another available property of equal or greater value (subject to client’s approval).
 

PROCESSING REFUNDS
Refunds (where approved) will be processed within 15–30 working days of confirmation.
Refunds will only be made to the original payer through the same payment method used, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
Survey, legal, or documentation fees
Administrative or processing charges
Service charges already incurred
 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If there is a disagreement regarding refunds, both parties agree to first attempt resolution amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in accordance with the governing law stated in our Terms & Conditions.
